Return & Refund

Please note: -

Your item must be inspected upon receipt. Packaging should be undamaged, within best before date and the ice-cream temperature is below -18 degree Celsius.

If your delivery does not meet the above, you must immediately contact us by phone and take pictures of the delivered items.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

1. Please contact by telephoning upon delivery and further emailing (yuyeeangie@hotmail.co.uk) to request a refund/credit and we will assign you a reference number.
2. Returned item to:

[Homemade Icy Cream Limited No. 21 Mullens House, Whitnell Way, London SW15 6DA] through delivery courier writing fault on the delivery note.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
