If your delivery does not meet the above, you must immediately contact us by phone and take pictures of the delivered items.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
1. Please contact by telephoning upon delivery and further emailing (yuyeeangie@hotmail.co.uk) to request a refund/credit and we will assign you a reference number.
2. Returned item to:[Homemade Icy Cream Limited No. 21 Mullens House, Whitnell Way, London SW15 6DA] through delivery courier writing fault on the delivery note.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For customers in London and nearby towns, we will deliver the orders ourselves. To do this, “we will keep our ice cream below -18 degrees C when our driver comes to pick it up. Furthermore, we use our eco-friendly freezer cartridges which are also frozen at -20 degrees C and are like big ice packs. These helps maintain the cold temperature in the cooler when the driver comes to get the ice cream.”
